Once an order is placed, we are are unable to change, add or remove products from the order.

However, we can update your customer information at anytime and change your shipping address if the fulfillment status is still open. Once the order hits 'processing', we are unable to make any address changes.

Please quickly submit a ticket if your shipping address needs to be updated.

A tracking confirmation is provided for your order when it's been shipped. You'll receive a second notification when it's out for delivery and final notification when it's at your doorstep or mailroom.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. We're proudly partnered with Corso Shipping Protection to ensure your order arrives safely.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Double-check your delivery location (front desk, mailroom, neighbors, etc.).
  2. If it’s still missing, simply file a claim through your Corso order confirmation email or visit Corso’s claim portal.
  3. Corso resolves most claims within 24 hours and will issue a replacement or reimbursement depending on your situation.

If you need help starting a claim without Corso shipping protection, please submit a ticket.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or is missing, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue.

Return to Sender Packages are automatically issued store credit minus the order shipping fee.
